I really appreciate how easy and pleasant Laura and Quinton made everything and the EWay app definitely helps simplify everything.
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

I have used several online conveyancers over the last few years and I can honestly say this is was the worse and most expensive and worse service . Communication was terrible hardly ever answered emails and had to leave several voicemails before I was phoned back , sometimes my call wasnt returned for several days and no one else to contact very frustrating . I can only assume the conveyancers are given more case loads than they can reasonably deal with . I did loads of chasing myself with lots of the issues. Selling a house is very stressful and this company made the experience a lot worse . I sent several complaints through there email process but even those just bounced back !

Due to the failure of PPL my young Daughter and I are homeless and PPL are withholding a significant amount of my sale proceeds. They have paid themselves and the estate agents, I’ve had to release the keys for my home with no money and nowhere to live. They have since not contacted by phone once to discuss and I’m extremely upset and worried about where my Daughter and will be living. It is now 4 days since they demanded I complete the sale and have retained all of the funds from the proceeds of the sale!!! Absolutely appalling service and lack of knowledge and duty of care. I recommend you avoid and find a conveyancer with more knowledge and duty of care to the clients.

This is the second time my wife and I have used Premier Property Lawyers, as the service is second to none. The portal used to track the progress of the case, upload the required documents, reduces so much time, cost and is very easy to use. Mr Sanjay Nai was very thorough while interacting with the property sale. His attention to details was very thorough, even alerting us to a potential issue, which was very quickly rectified and prevented any unnecessary delays to the sale of the property. If I 0 star view I would, we are supposed to complete this Friday 11th July. Apparently there is one outstanding question stopping exchange of contracts but not according to the several emails from other solicitors. I have left 20-30 messages requesting a call back to discuss update and recieved only 1, requested by EMAIL for a manager to call over 2 weeks ago and No response. Very poor service that now will cost me £100's of pounds and inconvenience for my family and the families of all in the chain. When will we move? Who knows, will the dale fall through? Who knows. NOBODY TALKING TO ME. GOING TO YHE OMBUDSMAN NEXT.

Do not return calls either from us or estate agents in the chain. When you do get through after a week of trying there is no apology. Scheduled meetings have been missed, no cover when staff go on leave. Incorrect advice given on septic system despite legal guidance being readily available on gov.uk. (We were given a quote from a septic tank installation company's website as justification). Altogether a very stressful and frustrating experience so far.
