Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

First Class Service!
We received an excellent service, from start to finish during our buying and selling process. The portal seeing and tracking progress is a breath of fresh air. The way we could instantly contact our conveyancer and get updates made the process extremely easy to use and understand. It has completely changed my mind about using an online/remote service for conveyancing.

Instructed Premier Property Lawyers in March for a simple, no-chain flat purchase. It’s now July, and searches still haven’t even been ordered. My mortgage offer expires in September, and I’ve had to chase for basic updates. They’ve blamed building safety enquiries for the delay but have not specified. My estate agent is now having to chase them. Should have know when the conveyancer didn’t show up for the initial call. I’m now at risk of losing my mortgage and may have to switch firms

Excellent service from Krishna Lad who helped us through the process and legal paperwork involved with the selling of my late brothers house. As I live quite a long way from the house the online system E-Way was really good and saved me many hours of travelling.
