Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Using the Eway portal was a bit difficult to navigate at first but once we got our head around it, it was a great tool to keep organised and on-task. Christi Hayes was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my queries quickly. She maintained regular contact with me by phone in addition to keeping me updated both by text and email. There were a couple of issues with my sale due to changes in building regulations and Christi was able to sort these and acquire the necessary documentation that was required for the buyer. Documents were sent and received safely and efficiently. Christi made the whole process of selling almost stress free. Christi, similarly, chased up a number of issues that came to light with the property I was purchasing and sorted these too. I would highly recommend her and would be happy to use her services again.
