Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

inexperienced and unprofessional
I was recommended Premier Property Lawyers by the seller’s estate agent, but my experience was very disappointing. I ended up paying significantly more than the originally agreed fee, and the case was passed between several staff members without proper handover or continuity. Communication was poor, and the handling of my transaction felt disorganised and unprofessional throughout. To date, I still haven’t received confirmation of ownership from the Land Registry, which I would expect the solicitors to have followed up. I would not recommend their service based on my experience.

I am not that tech savvy but if I have any issues it was easy to speak with my dedicated solicitor who took me through all the stages. It is also a handy tool using eway you can see what is being progressed.

It was a great experience with Amy Holt, as I am a first time seller, I did have many confusion and queries. As we were living overseas it was difficult for us to contact through phone calls.
