Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

STAY CLEAR OF PREMIER PROPTY LAWYERS
Was a very stressful process and was sometimes made more stressful by Premier Property Lawyers. We was mostly told there were no new updates or progress when we asked but then found shortly after there was 10 tasks to complete asap. PPL done the searches last which takes the longest time instead of doing them from early on in the process. Felt like we did most of the work for PPL. Solicitors had miss read very important documents which nearly lost us over 15k of our equity and then was asking myself and my Mortage broker to sort the problem and speak with Mortage lender. The solicitor had lost our signed documents and was chasing us for them the day before completion. Overall very unprofessional and unhappy with this experience and would not recommend Premier property lawyers to anyone! For the price of PPL and having to do all the work for them is just ridiculous. I have contacted the estate agents who recommended this solicitors and recommended them to look at different solicitors as I wouldn’t want this experience to happen to other people moving house.

Our Conveyancer
Our Conveyancer, Emma who took our case on for the last few weeks was very professional and prompt with correspondence. The Conveyancer we originally had was not. He did ignored our instructions and proceeded in the way he wanted to. This cost us an additional 4 months and several thousand pounds. I would not recommend.
