Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

What a joke
What a joke! I haven't completed on my house sale yet but I can honestly say that my experience with Premier Properties so far has been my worst ever and I have bought/sold over 8 properties. My solicitor never answers my calls. I only spoke to her once. She answers my emails with 5 word sentences. It doesn't feel like she actually works for me and she definitely has zero experience in customer care. Avoid this company, they are amateurs, there is so much more that I could complain about. If I could give them zero out of 5 I would.

A painful process
This was a stressful experience and I would highly recommend others finding a smaller company for conveyancing needs. There was an incredible amount of time wasted especially between the conveyancers even though they work for the same company! My sale dragged out for months and I was even advised to chase external agencies myself despite paying a considerable amount for a service. I would never recommend Premier Property Lawyers to anyone.

Getting nowhere after 6 months
It's been over six months since Premier Property Lawyers took up this case and it's been frustrating and miserable throughout. I've spoken to my conveyancer once on the phone for my initial appointment and they've not answered or responded to any phone calls since. I've had more emails from other conveyancers in the office explaining why my conveyancer is unavailable than from mine. They spent three weeks sending a family member automatic emails every two days, asking for documents that had already been provided, meanwhile not responding to any calls or emails asking for those automatic emails to stop. Right now they're repeatedly asking the seller and their solicitors for details that have already been provided two months ago. I've tried to call and speak to a manager but the number provided puts you on hold for a few minutes before telling you everyone is busy and to leave a message so someone can get back to me. No one gets back to me. So here I am, left in the dark with only generic stalling emails and nothing even approximating a completion date, on a purchase with no chain that I was originally told should be sorted by the end of April at the latest. I'm short, avoid. I wish I'd checked out the reviews from the start.
