Getting nowhere after 6 months
It's been over six months since Premier Property Lawyers took up this case and it's been frustrating and miserable throughout. I've spoken to my conveyancer once on the phone for my initial appointment and they've not answered or responded to any phone calls since. I've had more emails from other conveyancers in the office explaining why my conveyancer is unavailable than from mine. They spent three weeks sending a family member automatic emails every two days, asking for documents that had already been provided, meanwhile not responding to any calls or emails asking for those automatic emails to stop. Right now they're repeatedly asking the seller and their solicitors for details that have already been provided two months ago. I've tried to call and speak to a manager but the number provided puts you on hold for a few minutes before telling you everyone is busy and to leave a message so someone can get back to me. No one gets back to me. So here I am, left in the dark with only generic stalling emails and nothing even approximating a completion date, on a purchase with no chain that I was originally told should be sorted by the end of April at the latest. I'm short, avoid. I wish I'd checked out the reviews from the start.
