Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Very good service
I was a first time buyer with very little understanding of the process. Imran and the team responded to my queries in an efficient and helpful manner. The online system is useful for keeping track of all the documents and especially in been able to see the progression of the case. Thankyou for all your help, I would recommend the service.

Extremely poor at responding to emails or phone calls. Could never get hold of them and left voicemails that were rarely responded to in what is a relatively straightforward purchase I have received virtually no communication on completion date and would advise against using their service

Good communication
My conveyancer did their best to remove stress from what is ultimately a very stressful process. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them but they updated me several times a day in the last few days of the process, which was very reassuring. The portal was easy to use and much more efficient than waiting for documents to be sent through the post.
