Good communication

My conveyancer did their best to remove stress from what is ultimately a very stressful process. It was sometimes difficult to get in touch with them but they updated me several times a day in the last few days of the process, which was very reassuring. The portal was easy to use and much more efficient than waiting for documents to be sent through the post.
