Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Excellent Experience
My conveyancer was Bethany Nixon, and right from the start she was fantastic. She phoned me very soon after I filled out the initial form, and walked me through the process ahead and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. She was happy to answer any questions I had, and throughout the whole process she has kept in contact to keep me up to date, and has been very quick in replying to any emails I have sent her. She made the whole process very smooth and I would definitely recommend Premier Property Lawyers to anyone looking for converyancing at a very reasonable price.

A guiding hand in conveyancing process
The process of purchasing a property in the U.K. can be complicated to say the least, especially if you have little understanding of the ins and outs as I do and I count myself lucky that I was assigned to Charlie Clarke at PPL. I have found Charlie to be patient and approachable regarding all my queries along the way, even when I have needed the simplest of steps of the conveyancy process explained to me. Charlie has proven to be been both a competent solicitor and a friendly and patient tutor wrapped into one throughout the process of purchasing my new home.
