This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Having not bought or sold property for over 20 years, the process seemed a little daunting to us. However, Amy Holt was able to lead us methodically and carefully through the process, answering our inevitable queries with professionalism and efficiency. All matters were handled effectively, so a potentially stressful time was streamlined, with appropriate reassurances given. On the occasions when Amy wasn't in the office, her team stepped in to cover.

I admit I was mainly attracted by the price - half the cost of some conveyancers. I was assigned Paula Morris, who efficiently managed my case, had someone else standing by to assist on days where was away, and promptly responded to the other parties queries - shame they didn't do likewise and became a drawn out costly exercise, but at no fault of premier properties, who did try chasing them repeatedly. The app eway however was a bit of a nightmare to navigate and to download documents, as they were not specifically named, so hard to know what I had already downloaded! So 1 star knocked for that. Overall, I would recommend using premier properties, being reasonably priced and an efficient team.

Charlie Clarke from premier property lawers was friendly and professional throughout the sale of my property. Calls and emails were always answered quickly and acted on straight away when needed. Hard to contact, had to call up to 17 times to get in touch with anyone. Asked for documents provided months before. No timeline on exchange or completion given. The estimate on the portal always said TBC until the last few days - even then I wasn't confident Would give an update one day which would have totally changed the next day. Ended up taking time off work due to the stress which could have totally been avoided if I was kept up-to-date like I asked. Either very overworked or very inexperienced, not sure which
