This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

We used this company 8 years ago and they were great, helpful and efficient on our move across country. Fast forward 8 years and our experience was shocking. Communication was dreadful, first Conveyancer just disappeared, they didn't even start the process for our purchase and our seller nearly pulled out. Second Conveyancer was initially OK but then also disappeared, leaving us between exchange and completion with questions and i had to call every number i could find online to talk to someone. Emails ignored, calls never returned. No one even knew if my Conveyancer was on holiday or not. eWay was not kept updated which was frustrating. We was left researching everything we were told and mostly the information was wrong - they didn't seem to be able to interpret the difference in rules in Wales. Left me very stressed and i am still recovering 3 weeks later. Our purchase was fairly complicated - but our sale was straightforward - they were not very good at either. Since completion we have received calls - up to 3 a day - asking for a review, wish that level of communication was there when we needed it. The positive reviews I am reading seem to be about a different company as my experience was so different.
