This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Charlie Clarke was so helpful and friendly. She helped us both with our sale and our purchase and made the process so straightforward! No question was a stupid question and she was always on hand for whatever we needed. She kept us updated throughout and was very efficient!
