Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Case moved on extremely quick

Case moved on extremely quick, had my contract within the first 2 weeks of the case starting and every response from questions that I had from Premier Property Lawyers. I was in contact with Jacob Clarke. Jacob was nothing short of perfect. Chased everything straightaway, was very clear on what had been done on the case and what was going to be done and what I needed to be done and how. Couldn’t fault anything or anyone during my first house buy. Highly recommend

Very efficient

Very efficient - if not for a 1 week royal mail delay they would completed my remortgage in 2-3weeks (change of lender and type of mortgage). The online system is very good.

The first few weeks were not great

The first few weeks were not great, we found it difficult to obtain responses to phone calls and emails. This however improved during the course of the process and our solicitor became very responsive and were called upon to mediate with extremely difficult solicitors who acted for our buyer. As a result the transaction took twenty two very long weeks.
