Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

INCOMPETENT, AMATEUR, RUDE, ARROGANT
If you don't read any further, please heed this warning... FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY for conveyancing but these jokers, they will drive you to a nervous breakdown. After 11 months of listening to the lies this company tell our sale eventually collapsed because our purchaser who was using PPL pulled out. The reason they pulled out... because they couldn't cope with PPL's behaviour any longer. Incompetent is too generous a word to use for this company. They revel in ignoring customers and when they do speak to people their tone is downright rude and dismissive, the company culture is toxic which can only come from above, evidenced by their COO not bothering to reply to complaint emails. The lack of regulation they operate within means that until estate agents stop recommending them because they get kickbacks, this company will be able to continue. Quite simply, they should not be allowed to operate.

AVOID - can’t complete remortgage in THREE months.
AVOID. Truly incompetent people and company. If I could give minus stars, I would. There is nothing ‘premier’ about this company. Because of this company, we are not going to complete our remortgage in time. They’ve had our file for 8 weeks and 1 week before completion they decide our deeds don’t meet lenders requirements despite this being raised SEVEN weeks ago. I have had to do all the leg work. I have had to make first contact each time for updates. Slow responses, emails clearly not being read properly. I even had to send copies of my own deeds because they had left it too late! Initial call was cancelled due to conveyancer illness, then I rescheduled with said conveyancer and then they emailed me to ask when we could reschedule despite us having already done this a week earlier. We are very stressed that as a result of it being highly unlikely to complete by 1st July, we will be put on the SVR and lose £500 a month we can’t afford. I am disgusted that I started this process in JANUARY with our mortgage broker and Premier Property Lawyers having our file since APRIL and waiting for confirmation since May that we were set to complete. No sense of urgency, no clear knowledge, unprofessional, disorganised and frankly, lazy. I an highly anxious about how we’re going to afford this with days to spare to figure it out. This has caused me serious anxiety as someone who is extremely organised hence starting the remortgage process well in advance.
