Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Very poor
Very poor, shocking and no solid updates, conveyors going on holiday cases not handled by anyone who has been briefed on the property sell. We are on our third conveyor now and then told they are just covering a couple of days and the team should be able to help tomorrow. Estate agents, clients and solicitors waiting for answers but they are away on holiday? What shocking. Maybe cheaper but not worth the stress and upset, not surprised if our sell falls through at this rate.
