Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Fantastic service - Donna Hale
When applying for a mortgage, Leanne and I were very nervous and found ourselves outside of our comfort zone to our normal renting procedure - not knowing where to start and the all the procedures that comes with a mortgage. However, from start to finish we have felt at ease and well supported with the help of your colleague Donna Hale. Donna has shared with us her great range of knowledge and has always been available to answer our calls and emails when questions arose. Not only does she provide us with clear communication, she has also worked hard to drive this sale forward and adhere to the sellers request of a quick sale. We cannot thank Donna enough for all of her efforts and for making this process a great experience. She is an absolute treasure to your company and we fully appreciate everything she has done for us. Both us and our next door neighbours (that are buying and selling their property) with yourselves, have agreed that the online 'Wheel' is fantastic to use - seeing the segments get filled with colour the more and more tasks that get completed. These solicitors are terrible on the sale of 6 black swan road wigston. My solicitor owen paulo sent off enquiries 8 weeks ago, after me the buyer, estate agents, my solicitors and the seller constantly every day chasing still no response. They are holding up a house sale and it is becoming very frustrating as a buyer not being able to answer enquiries which were sent at the beginning of may!!!!! After Sonalee being away last week no one has been in her place and no one can get hold of this company. Disappointed on how terrible the service is.
