I really appreciate how easy and pleasant Laura and Quinton made everything and the EWay app definitely helps simplify everything.
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.
Very patient with an old lady who has never had to sell a house before

Avoid Premier Property Lawyers – Unprofessional & Stressful Experience Our experience with Premier Property Lawyers and conveyancer Shannon Taylor was extremely disappointing. Poor communication, repeated delays, and a complete lack of urgency nearly cost us the sale of our home. We were originally due to exchange and complete on May 30th, but delays pushed this back multiple times. Shannon consistently failed to meet deadlines, didn’t answer calls (straight to voicemail), rarely called back, and we couldn’t reach anyone else at the firm. Automated updates were inaccurate, and responses often came after 4pm—if at all. We were charged hidden fees, including being billed twice for a “gift” we now know isn’t even necessary with other firms. We had to move out early just to save our sale, incurring double moving costs, while our purchase was delayed again for no explained reason. Even when funds were ready, no action was taken. We only completed at 5pm on the final day, and were told staff take lunch 1–2pm regardless of workload. This firm caused us nothing but stress. Avoid at all costs.

US
Jacqueline Nixon has been a tremendous support through our sale and purchase. We have had quite a few twists and turns through the process but Jacqueline has been fantastic in keeping us to date and offering advice and help. Jacqueline's team have been equally supportive and kept us sane when things outside our control were testing us. The online portal is fab and allows you full visibility of whats happening on your cases. I would highly recommend Jacqueline and Premier Property Lawyers to support any future moves ... thank you for all you have done for us you its really appreciated :)

I highly recommend Obera Safdar at Premier Property Lawyers. When she took over my conveyancing, the whole process noticeably improved — communication became more frequent and clear, and she explained everything in straightforward, everyday language that made it easy to understand. Her professionalism and proactive approach made a real difference.

BEYOND AWFUL! DO NOT USE - ZERO STARS. Premier Property Lawyers have acted for my buyers on a previous sale of mine (Feb '25) and also on a current one (Jul '25). Their communication is diabolical, they are hugely understaffed and they constantly risk sales and chains falling apart because of their shambolic and atrocious service. The only reason they get any volume of business is because they pay Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents the most introduction commission (which their clients are in effect paying for). If you want to actually buy a property and make it as stress free an experience as possible then please, please, please - DO NOT USE PREMIER PROPERTY LAWYERS - 0/10.
