Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Daryl has been great with our remortgage. Communication was always prompt and accurate. The portal was very easy to used and provided helpful updates. Thanks Daryl for all your help and support even when we decided to go with a new offer, nothing was ever too much.

Shannon Taylor was amazing
My solicitor Shannon Taylor was amazing. She called me and emailed me about every step that I needed to know. She was transparent and explained everything in the process. However our seller had a solicitor from the same firm and they didn't really do the job well. Luckily we managed to have a conversation with our seller, so we resolved the issues, as they got different information from their solicitor than I got from Shannon. The firm has so many hidden fees. £155 for completing within 3 days from exchange...£175 for keeping my money after a sale for a year, if any lease related cost pops up.

No delays through posting or awaiting postal documents to sign, letters of advice etc. Despite not meeting personally, I did not feel that the service was 'impersonal'. The service and completion was a lot quicker than the traditional procedure. Always kept up-to-date. Would use again. Thank you!

Online conveyencer not ideal
The company was recommended by estate agent as it was one they used, with hindsight would never have used Conveyancer with online access only. Communication was really poor when wanting to speak to someone over the phone. The Online app was fairly easy to use but if had any questions would have to email then wait for response.
