Return stolen by company
I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.
I didnt receive my order
I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.
Really helpful, great response times.
I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

What a fantastic experience I had at PMT Nottingham with Dan and his colleagues. First contact on the telephone was very positive, a friendly and helpful guy. When visiting the store as a novice buying my first acoustic guitar Dan put me at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable, genuinely interested in helping me get a guitar that I found playable and with a sound I loved. I did just that with Dan’s guidance and I couldn’t have been happier. It turns out Dan is a guitarist for Ultimate Leppard and I’ll definitely be going to the gig in Derby. I can’t recommend this store highly enough based on the experience with the people work there, like minded musicians who love music. There’s even a European wide price match so you can be confident you’ll be getting a good price in addition to fantastic service.

Longstanding customer happy again - no surprises then :-)
I've previously bought equipment and musical instruments from PMT from the old shop in Southend for YEARS. We miss that store here (any chance of opening one here...we have only one music store here now). But the online experience of buying a pair of PreSonus BT monitor speakers was easy and seamless.
