Return stolen by company

I had a mixer returned to them in April. Still chasing getting it back almost 3 months later. No replies can’t get through to customer service etc on phone and no email replies. They have basically stolen the mixer on me.

Great Service

Big thank you to the amazing service offered at the Newcastle branch, especially from Nick. Helped me loads with my A-level project which I am doing about guitars.

I didnt receive my order

I ordered an electric guitar on 28.05.25. It was supposed to be delivered on 30.05.25 but it was not. When I contacted the company, they told me that they would ship it again, it's been almost a month but I still haven't received my order. I will complain to #citizensadvice.org.uk, I want my money back. Don't order from here, they don't care.

I emailed about an electronic drum kit I was thinking of buying, I got emailed back by a really helpful guy, Jacob. I got the drum kit and it’s an amazing investment. I absolutely love it.

BE WARNED when you give them your email…

BE WARNED when you give them your email address they will spam you to death , and the unsubscribe button in the email fails to stop the spam nor does emailing to :- unsubscribe-pmtonline.co.uk -=@ as email addresses are not allowed as they suggest on the website (the email address is bogus and just get rejected) I keep recieving unwanted adverts from pmt now and will have delete my email address as the only way to stop them . forcing me to get a new email address I contacted PMT Direct by phone they stopped spamming me soon after, I have amended the review to 3 stars ,

PMT 4 Parcelforce 0

I ordered a Roland KT 10 Kickdrum pedal, and a Midi controller. The Pedal was used/shop soiled and was as described, a small scratch and otherwise perfect, the Midi controller was probably smaller than expected, but OK for what I wanted. PMT lose a star for using Parcelforce who are truly awful, not delivering but claiming they tried and left a card, they didn't. I tracked the parcel all day and was waiting for it at the time they didn't come. I collected it next day from the depot.

Efficient & punctual service

Website easy to use & ordering gift card was straightforward. It wasn’t very clear where to put a message to the recipient on the gift card. Gift card was delivered on the day requested. Recipient was very happy with the gift card & was looking forward to spending it.
