Rubina Rob was particularly very helpful. The PLS process for conveyancing and completing property purchase is good with the helpful online portal. The only thing is in the initial process before My purchase was allocated to a specific person, I often had to chase for information. Thankful for Rubina for more streamlined support.

PLS have made the process of buying our first home an absolute doddle. We picked up PLS very last minute and they managed to sort the paperwork out to get to exchange in record time They keep in constant communication with us and were ready to answer any questions we had and would explain everything. Extremely slow to answer pressing queries when it comes to a house move. Had to do a lot of the chasing for information myself and there is no acknowledgement that my emails to them have been received and are being acted upon. Multiple times I've had to chase my own email

- Purchase successful, but it took long time since process started - I had to chaise for everything via emails and many times by phone, as as mention in some comments here, many times promised to be called back with no response, email replied just before office close so there is no possibility to get reply same day - few mistakes in doxuments, I had to highlight before completion and appears again after month, like amount of property for mortgage, simple but annoying - poor quality searches - I don’t understand and how as some of my friend get very nice search packs from external companies as well using PLS and paid same for it, but my has not provide as mane useful and detail information, - additional costs which i don’t have energy to follow up more, as buying a house is enough stressful process I use this service as my friends were happy to buy a flat in Liverpool but I would not recommend this experience with PLS to my friends.

Funny you saying, you have called me and Charlotte ha provided an update, this shows to people how lying it’s your business standard practice. For context I had to call them yesterday (18/10) to chase for an update, so stating that you have called me is a complete lie, and the only thing Charlotte has provided is “the team is looking into this, I will call you back in the afternoon” of course I didn’t receive a call back, as this is probably your standard practice of business. Received an email this morning, which probably meant to be sent yesterday (looks like they are not even able to sent an email) “ Good Evening, Please note iam still reviewing your file and i will update you tomorrow.” Now of course, at the time of writing this review 19/10 at 14:36 no body has called me back. It is really unfortunate that you lie to people, provide misleading information on purpose to then extra charge them. So until the case won’t be resolved, removing from the bill what shouldn’t be in there, I will keep posting and updating the people on what means dealing with you, so they are aware! If you have to comment making yourself looking a professional business not stating the factual things avoid. Ref number: 563958
