I was incredibly disappointed with PLS. I often had paperwork that was sent with wrong details, paperwork was 'lost' that had not been sent in the first place, and I had to chase for information that the solicitor should have led with. The initial fee quoted was half of what the final bill was and it is my view that the solicitors should have been more up front about additional charges. I would not recommend these at all.

I recently used PLS as my solicitors to buy and sell a home at the same time. Although the process was stressful at times, Will went above and beyond to ensure problems out of their/our control were rectified as quickly as possible. We completed our sale/purchase much faster than I anticipated. Thanks again to Will and the PLS team.

Liam and his team were fantastic! Trustworthy, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Highly recommend. It was a crazy long process caused by drop out buyers and a lease extension, but the guys patiently continued until completion date. Cant thank them enough. Second property bought and sold with PLS and will be using them for the third!

Poor communication. Slow response.We asked questions to the sellers and to solicitor. The solicitor replied emails only after several attempts and did not help much on the transaction. The transaction eventually fell through (not the solicitor's fault though) and I had to look for another property, but not PLS again.

PLS was recommended to me I was waery at first as I have used the same solicitor for many years. But I thought I would try them. And I have to say they have been amazing very quick to respond to and emails and the portal is great. I am on the phone all day with work so is great to be able to do it all online or via email and the Portal. A**** service would defo recommend and would use all the time going forward.

USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. AVOID IF YOU CAN !!! THIS COMPANY WILL RUIN YOUR PLANS AND MESS YOU UP !!! @ Remortgage: 6 months to complete a remortgage in 2024 due to they sitting on matters and faffing around. @ Mortgage: 8 months and still ongoing, I am frustrated, so is the seller, seller is frustrated to extent of pulling out of deal. PLS kept on a rigmarole of saying waiting on seller solicitor if they do pick up the call, big lie, they send enquiries 1 after the other, due to their lack of knowledge. Totally unprofessional, charging me for service not required to sqeeze money off me,very slow, avoid speaking to client by pretending they can't hear you, upload 4 copies of same form in the portal, weekday secure lending team employees lack knowledge and the only helpful and knowledgeable employees i have ever spoken to is the weekend out-of-hours employee. Reply to PLS response: White lies, I have called and was provided empty promises for a call back from case work, emails are ignored, I had to escalate to mortgage provider. How do you guys sleep at night?

PLS dealt with the sale of my property. There were a number of issues that had to be overcome to enable our sale to move to completion. The PLS team were extremely professional and worked diligently to ensure all requirements were met to achieve our sale. The hole team were involved at done stage but one person in particular was our main contact who kept us updated at every stage throughout the process. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts and professionalism and would recommend PLS to anyone who requires an excellent conveyancing solicitor.
