PLS Solicitors
PLS at the time of purchasing our property were fantastic, they handled all areas of our conveyancing needs however 2 years later and we have been informed when re-mortgaging that the sale was never lodged with Land Registry - this has has a impact on our re-mortgage deal and caused significant emotional and financial distress. We have complained and had no communication from them at all this is why it is such a low score as a fundamental task has been neglected to be completed and non communication.

We where provided with the PLS Portal to help keep track of the stages that we were up too which we could login into at any time and was very easy to access.
