PLS at the time of purchasing our property were fantastic, they handled all areas of our conveyancing needs however 2 years later and we have been informed when re-mortgaging that the sale was never lodged with Land Registry - this has has a impact on our re-mortgage deal and caused significant emotional and financial distress. We have complained and had no communication from them at all this is why it is such a low score as a fundamental task has been neglected to be completed and non communication.
