We have had a fantastic experience using PLS to sell our previous property & buy our new property. We have been under Peter Shell & his team and have had nothing but a positive experience with Peter & Michelle. We found the PLS portal particularly helpful as we were able to go on and use the ‘tracker’ to see exactly what was going on. Peter & Michelle replied quickly to my (many) emails & always explained things really well. Thankyou so much guys!

Swift responses gratefully received
Shahrukh responded quickly to all of our queries. We were grateful to have swift replies from Shahrukh when our sellers solicitors were working more slowly. As things got more complicated with our purchase having a management company involved, Shahrukh explained things clearly on a telephone call to me. This was helpful to understand why there was some delays. Thank you to Shahrukh and the lovely lady on his team who I spoke to when I called concerned. We also used PLS for our sale and this was much quicker due to there being no management company involved. Was impressed by the efficiency and quickness of response to queries etc.

My wife and I were first-time home buyers. It's tough for us because we don't know where to start. All of their communication was on the 24/7 website. You have to be very diligent about checking the apps now and then. With a busy schedule like ours, it takes time for us to read all the documents. We also need to talk to the developer sales agent if we have any questions as they work hand in hand. They e-mailed us regularly for some updates. It was easy to communicate with them as everyone on their team was very helpful. We are now closer to our dream home. Thank you very much Lucy Hubbard team. Thank you very much.

AVOID.
AVOID. PLS has ended up COSTING MY COMPANY THOUSANDS OF POUNDS in interest over the next 5 years by missing the deadline on a mortgage application. They were hard to reach, slow to react, and difficult for other parties to work with. The Secured Lending Team in particular was almost deliberately obstinate and difficult. Use someone else.

Disappointing
As first time buyers, we had to chase for any update on our purchase and waited long periods for a response. Our conveyancer seems to feel we were mithering and the tone in her responses was rude. Ultimately our purchase fell through due to the chain and pls took a long time to acknowledge this. They only replied quickly when it came to us paying our bill. They made this process a lot more stressful for us than needed and were unhelpful. Disappointed as they were recommended by our mortgage. advisor

Hi all i dont normally do review but ill have ago. Me and wife had our first mortgage. Liam Johnson 1 from PLS help us all the way. It took a while but it is what it is. But to be fair its not PLS fault the other party. But any way thanks to Liam Johnson 1 and the PLS team for getting our first mortgage.

Not the best for first time buyers
As first time buyers we asked to be kept in the loop and to be shared details of the process. We regularly said it was our first time but were left in the dark during most of the process and felt a bit ignored, which caused extra anxiety! Updates /actions from our solicitor felt quite last minute and weren’t explained clearly causing extra confusion. Luckily the sale has just gone through so thanks to the PLS team for getting it over the line.
