My wife and I were first-time home buyers. It's tough for us because we don't know where to start. All of their communication was on the 24/7 website. You have to be very diligent about checking the apps now and then. With a busy schedule like ours, it takes time for us to read all the documents. We also need to talk to the developer sales agent if we have any questions as they work hand in hand. They e-mailed us regularly for some updates.
