Yet another great experience and house completed move with PLS and Louis
Just completed moving house with PLS and the whole experience has been a pleasure and stress free. We had used them six years ago when we last moved property and they are as helpful, professional and thorough as they were 1st time. Very simple and efficient 24/7 portal making sharing and receiving documents so simple. Special mention to Louis Blanchard - our dedicated Conveyancing Team case handler and his team. Excellent regular communication and updates.

Fantastic Service
From start to finish the whole team have been great. The online portal gave us up to date information and was easy to use. Every time we called the phone was answered straight away and the information we wanted was forthcoming every time. I was buying my first new build property and was recommended PLS Solicitors along with a few others. I chose PLS because of their detailed information, their availability, instant quotations and competitive prices which gave me a clear idea of my journey ahead. In hindsight, I am thoroughly pleased with my decision to choose PLS. They have been excellent in every step of the way so far. I was handled by Nick Anderson's Team, and my primary contact was Gemma Figueria. I am delighted with the professional service provided. Buying a new property for the first time can seem daunting because there is a lot of information to digest. What makes it easier is having reliable solicitors who can support you. Gemma and the team have consistently been very pro-active and clear in their communication, prompt in response, approachable and available. I have sent across several queries and considerations. They have patiently handled all of it and given me satisfactory responses. Adept at handling new builds, they move quickly and work well with the developers to get us past the finish line. I am certain they are good at other services as well, but I would especially recommend their services to anyone in my situation, who is looking to buy a new build property for the first time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
This company is a complete shambles. They don’t know their left from their right, and it’s painfully obvious that their so-called legal team lacks experience—they come across as completely junior. To make matters worse, you’ll end up doing most of the work yourself while paying for the privilege. Don’t expect to speak to anyone on the phone either, as no one is ever available in the team you actually need. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
