Conveyance of our new house
The conveyance of our new house purchase has been a very, very good experience. Contacting especially was so good, just a phone call promptly answered, information was at the conveyancers fingertips. The online platform was easy to use informative and kept us up to date. PLS has been a pleasure to deal with.

Professional and efficient property selling
Despite delays from the buyers side, PLS Solicitors were efficient, careful and kept me informed with the status. Liam was my Case Handler and they could not have done more. Their correspondence was clear and as frequent as needed. Liam called me when I had questions or when timely action was needed, but items were transferred by email which was convenient. I would not hesitate to use PLS again.

What can I say…. FANTASTIC service from START to END!!! Mortgage offer 19th Dec 24 and completed 17th Feb 25. Liam Johnson held my hand throughout the whole process. His communication is just top tier and unmatched. Liam is highly professional and he always took the time to speak to me in depth if I didn’t understand something. He made sure all important information/ documents were accessible via the portal and email. PLS team members were also helpful if I had a quick query, so I appreciate them. 5 stars really isn’t enough for the exceptional service and for the hard work received from Liam. So, I just want to say a big THANK YOU for making the home owner journey a happy experience!

They’ve been amazing from start to finish, as a first time property buyer I’ve heard many stories of people having to chase their solicitors constantly, but our case handler Liam Johnson was on the ball with everything, He made our buying process completely hassle free and handled everything for us.
