Brilliant from start to finish during…
Brilliant from start to finish during the completion of the purchase of my Sons first home. The online portal and ease of contact was exceptional. We were able to monitor progress constantly. We were on a short timescale to complete and not once was I concerned, the experience was seamless. Our experience has also to be attributed to the associate who was assigned to us, Sam who is based at the Altrincham office was fantastic from start to finish! Thank you!

My experience with PLS as a first-time…
My experience with PLS as a first-time and shared ownership buyer has been quite bad. First of all, they kept sending me extra charges after the initial quoted fee, which should have been included in the quote as no transaction can be completed without them(e.g. ID verification fee). They were also not thorough at all with their communication and reports on the property to the point that I had to keep calling them to ask things - and the worst part is that every time I called I would be redirected to the solicitor’s assistant instead of the actual solicitor and I would never get an answer as the assistant was not knowledgeable enough to provide one.

PLS provided me with a great service to purchase my first home. Responses were quick and efficient and the online portal was great for keeping track of my purchase. Completion was completed in the timeframe required without issue. I would recommend PLS to anyone.

Poor experience
Started off well, easy to use app. Quote for services was very reasonable which included a remortgage and transfer of equity. I’ve been emailed a letter with an extra £800 of additional charges. I have queried this and staff are not interested. Told these charges are not optional so will not be continuing with this company. Wasted my time and poor business practices adding extra charges which had doubled the quote given after I had signed.

Liam worked well with my mortgage advisor to keep things moving along. Completed in just over 2 months so well under average. Also kept on top of sellers solicitors as well and was firm when necessary.
