Never anything wrong with the service, always quick and positive. However, the app has been made less accesssible by having to log in now. Used to be so simple to check how long left for my filters. Now it's not. I'm disappointed about that, sorry.

I'm super particular about my water, avoiding tap and plastic. But when a friend introduced me to Phox's filtered water jugs, I was hooked! The taste is amazing. I've since shared Phox with friends and family, and they love it just as much as I do.

My first receptacle was faulty and I really had to fight to get another which is perfect and proves my first one was faulty. I now have no problem and have ordered my second years supply. No more plastic wastage or recycling, simply empty grains and refil. Don’t know if the grains are compostable which would be even better. No more descaling kettle and water tastes good. I won’t go back now.
