Quite easy to set up and use. Minimal packaging. I just wonder where this 45 day reminder comes from? A large family will presumably refill many more times than a single person. An estimated number of uses before changing the filter powder would be useful.

I ordered the 12 month refill box which was a good price and arrived quickly. Using the refill system is much better than having to replace the whole refill once per month, and means I don’t have to take them to the supermarket for recycling.

Guys, I’ve used this and thought it was brilliant and love the brand and what they stand for but unfortunately been let down as after a while the filtration ends up filtering way less than 2 mins after frequent use and it’s annoying having to take the thing apart to put back together again before the 45 days. I’ve done this 3 times in two days as the water filters too quickly. When investing, invest in something more long term so you are not let down. I ordered mine 3 years ago but unfortunately there is nothing they can do because it’s been too long so for something that is meant to last! It doesn’t. I had admin message me saying there is nothing they can do! But if it works for you great! Just leaving my honest review. I even sent a video showcasing how quick the water comes out and still nothing they can do. Such a shame.

I love my subscription! I live in London and we have terrible water. When I run my tap the water smells like bleach. I was using a britta water filter before but I hated that I couldn't recycle any of the packaging. Everything is recyclable and I love how easy it is to change it out. 100% recommend 👌🏼
