They don’t look after their animals right
Bought a hamster few weeks ago he’s only a few weeks old and he had everything a big cage all the stuff and he’s just died and all they asked for is the receipt. I’m distraught I loved him so much he was the cutest baby ever and now he’s gone and idk what to do ☹️

Turned a negative experience into a positive
After our repeat subscription order for dog food had gone missing at the evri depot I was expecting a battle to rectify this. However I spoke with a lovely agent called Leoni P who was so helpful and apologetic and replaced our order without any fuss at all on a next day delivery. Excellent customer service thank you

I bourght dog food and I had a voucher…
I bourght dog food and I had a voucher for a free toy but there was none in stock and wasn’t given an alternative option and didn’t have the chance to get it another day as the voucher expired the next day I was very disappointed.
