"From Frustration to Satisfaction – Thanks to Maria & Mia"
I initially had a frustrating experience with PCS Legal. Communication was very slow, and I had to chase them weekly for updates. Despite promises of call-backs, none ever came, and their online portal was never updated, which added to the stress. I eventually raised a complaint with their client services team, but the response was disappointing—they claimed I had been contact within 72 hours, which was only true because I kept calling them myself. However, things took a turn for the better thanks to Maria Enright and Mia Raj. They were absolutely brilliant and helped push my sale through, even while dealing with a difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side. They were responsive, proactive, and kept me informed every week via email. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Because of their efforts, I’ve increased my rating from a 1 to a solid 4 stars. If PCS Legal can improve their overall communication and consistency, they have the potential to be truly excellent. I would highly recommend Maria and Mia for anyone going through a property transaction.
Lovely conveyancing experience. Donna is a star!
First of all I would like to thank Donna for always being so helpful and thorough. She fought our corner and fast tracked everything so we can finish the process in time. It has been a lengthy conveyancing process but in the end it was all worth it. Solicitors have been professional and always easy to reach by phone. My only recommendation would be to have less people dealing with one case so e-mails don’t get missed ( 2 max 3 people). Would highly recommend.

Fantastic Rayleigh team.
I had the pleasure of working with the Rayleigh team. Megan Hunt was the case handler for my new build property. I have to say they exceeded my expectations. Though I had my doubts initially as the price quoted through easychoice conveyancing was much lower than the average I got. They were always ready to answer when I called, prompt to review the contracts, prompt to respond to emails. In fact, I am extremely pleased. I rarely write reviews, but PCS Legal deserves this. Thanks guys.

Very efficient, quick and professional service. Adam was very friendly, always available to answer all our questions. Our previous solicitor let us down. Adam managed to complete after only three weeks after swapping to his legal team. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Olesya

Buckie Hadipour - unprofessional rude human.
Buckie Hadipour - arrogant, rude, unprofessional human. We spoke to Buckie on the telephone to clarify the request for some docs. Buckie instantly jumped down our throat, raising his voice, being rude, close to shouting at us, kept over speaking when I was speaking, very sarcastic as well. I mentioned about leaving a poor review due to his behaviour, response from Buckie " That is absolutely fine" in his sarcastic tone. Buckie also said, we can go elsewhere if we are not happy. We were simply questioning why the docs were needed, but instantly Buckie jumped down my throat, rather than explain the process kindly and professionally to us. Furthermore Buckie kept quoting all these " rules " and "policies" but was unable to provide me a copy of them, he said " I cannot find the policies". After speaking with Miles, ( Buckie advised Miles rejected all our docs which was not the case from speaking with Miles) Miles clarified my points and was professional and well mannered, we cleared up the confusions and the particular docs Buckie requested was not a requirement. I'm glad your calls are recorded as I suggest a senior director plays back the calls to hear how unprofessional Buckie was. Jasmine has been a star, very efficient and professional. Fast response on email, happy to speak on the phone and explain any questions I had. Jasmine had apologised to me for what happened with Buckie. In my opinion, Jasmine should be promoted to Buckie's job, as dealing with Buckie was shocking! Thank you also to Macy who has helped us. I requested a note to be put on file to not communicate with Buckie. This has been a stressful process for us waiting for 2 years to move to our new home, and the fact I am pregnant also doesn't help with Stress. I also told Buckie I am pregnant and I dont need this stress, but again he did not care. I really hope formal action is taken, Buckie needs to be invited to a disciplinary.
