I initially had a frustrating experience with PCS Legal. Communication was very slow, and I had to chase them weekly for updates. Despite promises of call-backs, none ever came, and their online portal was never updated, which added to the stress. I eventually raised a complaint with their client services team, but the response was disappointing—they claimed I had been contact within 72 hours, which was only true because I kept calling them myself. However, things took a turn for the better thanks to Maria Enright and Mia Raj. They were absolutely brilliant and helped push my sale through, even while dealing with a difficult solicitor on the buyer’s side. They were responsive, proactive, and kept me informed every week via email. Their professionalism and dedication made a huge difference. Because of their efforts, I’ve increased my rating from a 1 to a solid 4 stars. If PCS Legal can improve their overall communication and consistency, they have the potential to be truly excellent. I would highly recommend Maria and Mia for anyone going through a property transaction.
Lovely conveyancing experience. Donna is a star!
First of all I would like to thank Donna for always being so helpful and thorough. She fought our corner and fast tracked everything so we can finish the process in time. It has been a lengthy conveyancing process but in the end it was all worth it. Solicitors have been professional and always easy to reach by phone. My only recommendation would be to have less people dealing with one case so e-mails don’t get missed ( 2 max 3 people). Would highly recommend.

Super-slow service
Super-slow service. No respose to emails. A month after instruction and we are not further than funds and ID checks. Everything is done in super-slow motion. My purchase was a straightforward purchase with no mortgages, surveys or local authority searches needed. I have a property portfolio, and my last similar purchase was completed in less than 4 weeks. My previous solicitor gave me a high quote, hence I swapped to PCS legal, but I now massively regret this. This delay is costing me more money as I am unable to use the property for the intended purpose. Will never use again.

Really quick process!
Whilst the process was really quick I found it frustrating in the early stages that phone calls were not answered and I had to rely on emails, and wait for replies. Also, as I was between properties, my laptop and printer were in storage. Luckily the local library staff were able to print and copy documents for me, but it did cost me a fair amount.
