Above and Beyond
Wow what a fantastic service from Michael despite NOT being our agents and a disaster on exchange day Michael arranged for a new solicitor to take over our file and we have now exchanged with an original completion date for next week. Michael went above and beyond what he had to do despite us not being his clients and kept me updated at all times. Great company and would highly recommend

Wouldn’t use anyone else
I want to say a big thank you to PCM. I have just sold my property and they were professional and informative from start to finish. All the team were friendly and always on hand to help and answer any questions I had I had several estate agents in to value my property and PCM were by far the most professional and I had complete confidence in what they valued my house for and the strategy they suggested. I would use them again and will be recommending to all my friends

PCM's dedication is phenomenal! A*****!
I can't put into words how grateful we are to PCM - I have never known an Estate Agent like it. Michael Mepham and other members of the team worked tirelessly, they went above and beyond to help our sale to go through, contacting all the relevant people when solicitors were failing to communicate and other parties were getting frustrated - Michael got involved in almost every aspect that he could to try and hold it all together - Our sale in Hastings and our purchase in Scotland were both problematic, as well as various standard cross border issues, and I know for certain that we would not be in our dream home in Scotland now if we hadn't had PCM as the driving force. When I say above and beyond, I really mean it, the amount of dedication and accountability they had was just phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone; we moved to them because of the inaction of a previous local agent, and thank goodness we did. Michael Mepham is an absolute force! - so incredibly good at his job, he knows it inside out and works so, so hard. It didn't cost extra, they just genuinely cared and were invested in our sale and purchase. No call was ever treated as one too many, nothing was too much effort and he was on top of everything the whole time. We are grateful beyond words for PCM's dedication. This must have been one of the most complicated transactions I have ever encountered. PCM, however, were always professional, supportive and available to provide their expertise. Having lost our first buyer, they were immediately in touch with other prospects and we were back on track within a day. Throughout various problems with solicitors and people in the chain being uncooperative, PCM and Ben in particular were always positive and ready to advise and chase up as necessary. They were brilliant with their communications and were relentless in contacting other agents and solicitors to find out information and, in some cases, give them a prod to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. I can't recommend PCM highly enough.
