PCM were brilliant in all aspects.
This must have been one of the most complicated transactions I have ever encountered. PCM, however, were always professional, supportive and available to provide their expertise. Having lost our first buyer, they were immediately in touch with other prospects and we were back on track within a day. Throughout various problems with solicitors and people in the chain being uncooperative, PCM and Ben in particular were always positive and ready to advise and chase up as necessary. They were brilliant with their communications and were relentless in contacting other agents and solicitors to find out information and, in some cases, give them a prod to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. I can't recommend PCM highly enough.
