I can't put into words how grateful we are to PCM - I have never known an Estate Agent like it. Michael Mepham and other members of the team worked tirelessly, they went above and beyond to help our sale to go through, contacting all the relevant people when solicitors were failing to communicate and other parties were getting frustrated - Michael got involved in almost every aspect that he could to try and hold it all together - Our sale in Hastings and our purchase in Scotland were both problematic, as well as various standard cross border issues, and I know for certain that we would not be in our dream home in Scotland now if we hadn't had PCM as the driving force. When I say above and beyond, I really mean it, the amount of dedication and accountability they had was just phenomenal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone; we moved to them because of the inaction of a previous local agent, and thank goodness we did. Michael Mepham is an absolute force! - so incredibly good at his job, he knows it inside out and works so, so hard. It didn't cost extra, they just genuinely cared and were invested in our sale and purchase. No call was ever treated as one too many, nothing was too much effort and he was on top of everything the whole time. We are grateful beyond words for PCM's dedication.
