That's fine, but the carrier doesn't see who the consignment is destined for, Venipak comes in and doesn't know where the consignment is going to go and always sees the same person, that's your company, so that the carrier can see who the consignment is destined for, so that they don't get mixed up.

I have sent 3 packages, 100% success
I have sent 3 packages using these guys. All of them arrived and pretty fast. Two where from Latvia to USA, and one from USA to China. Prices in all cases were 1/3 to 1/2 of what regular UPS/FedEx would cost. I don't know how they do it! But, the biggest advantage is that the customer support holds your hand through all of the documentation required. Like, we sometimes need to print out 6 copies of customs declaration and tape it in an envelope to the box. They look over all the docs and make sure they work. Don't expect a quick reply, since these guys are in Europe someplace, but you always get one overnight.

La llegada estimada cumplió con las expectativas y el seguimiento del pedido fue correcto. La única objección es el trato que se le da a los paquetes por parte de los tarbajadores de la empresa de paquetería, ya que venían bastante machacados y algunos de ellos, abiertos o rotos, pero por suerte no afectó al contenido del paquete

Cheap and fast delivery

Scam instead of delivery.
Scam instead of delivery. I submitted a shipment request including exact dimensions & weight. Made a payment. And they started telling me that the package is too small for their label (a regular mobile phone box). So I should pay 25% more for delivery due to a bigger sizing. This was said after I had been waiting all day for the courier. I tried to argue and discuss the issue with support. But the lady on the other side of the display answered once/max. twice a day in the late evening. Finally I asked to cancel the order, they just said I'll pay 25% fee for the cancellation. Without doing nothing at all. Just for <10 messages in the chat. Took another week to get my money back (and only after warnings that I will get my money back from them legally in any case + penalties). Avoid these scammers!
