We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

First time using this company, really pleased with the service and efficiency so far, and got a good price too,.will use again for sure.

Requested a quote online via their website a week ago, prompt response received within 24hrs. Requested a 1 night hotel rather than the 2 stated on the website, great choice of hotel and flight timings and transfers (which i didnt even request) provided. Great service no doubt i will be recommending you to my friends. Thank you

Paramount cruises, especially Robin and also Patrick were amazing in helping us on our first cruise. Lots of first timer and questions answered and then flight problems that Paramount sorted smoothly for us and removed a lot of hassle. We would use them again and recommend

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Excellent customer service from a lovely lady called Tina Conlan. She was so knowledgeable and answered every query I had. I was very unsure what and where to stay on our multi destination trip, but the lovely lady went through everything in detail and even sent me several emails with itinerary choices. Trip is now booked thanks to Tina

Amazing trip
Wow what can I say ..had never booked with Paramount so was abit nervous ..but can honestly say the most organized trip I had ever been on ..we did Nashville ,Memphis ,New orleans & a cruise round Mexico ..The hotels we stayed in was first class !! Dont hesitate to book anything with this company ..just Brilliant ..and a massive shout out to MARCO ...he was always there for us with our questions etc ..would definitely use this company again without hesitation
