We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

First time using this company, really pleased with the service and efficiency so far, and got a good price too,.will use again for sure.

Great customer service
We made a booking through Paramount, and unfortunately had to change to a different date/itinerary due to a family member becoming seriously ill. Paramount helped us to move our booking quickly and easily, even ensuring that the perks we had on the original booking were carried over. I can't fault their service, and the speed with which they sorted out the change for us!

We have travelled with the company and great customer service
We have travelled with the company before to New Orleans Mardi Gras tour and we were very pleased with the choice of hotels and more importantly having a rep handy throughout our tour. We feel confident of having a good holiday and when we booked this we were reassured by Mikey the rep who was very helpful and explained everything clearly.
