We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.

First time using this company, really pleased with the service and efficiency so far, and got a good price too,.will use again for sure.

Mo was friendly and helpful
Mo was friendly, approachable and flexible. We adjusted the package for hotels and changed return flight so we could spend longer in Canada. We made various changes until we came up with package that suited us best, all helped along with friendly advise from Mo. Let's hope the holiday matches the starting experience.

We had a collection of places we wanted to revisit and trips we wanted to make that wasn’t part of a standard trip. Within a few days our wishes had been granted and we had the perfect trip planned with extra suggestions to improve our plan. Mo was wonderful. Very patient and happy to tweak our plans to suit everyone.

This is my first time booking with this company and it certainly won’t be my last! I spoke to Tina who was super helpful and friendly with my requests. The whole process of finding and booking a cruise, flights and hotel was dealt with smoothly. Any correspondence was quick and professional.

Andrea dealt with my enquiry and provided quotes very quickly and efficiently. She even responded to my enquiry in her own time. Her friendly efficient service was the reason I went ahead and booked with Paramount. I was also impressed with the amount of information given about the ports of call during our cruise.
