We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!
Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

Mikey Kyriakou was extremely helpful, explaining the options we had, and providing very good advice on dates/school holidays. Despite us planning to book a cruise which was not available, we are now booked on an excellent alternative. Mikey also helped to get our details up to date both with Paramount and NCL. We had lots of questions answered thoroughly. We were also given a comprehensive overview of the packakage.
Paramount booked an international connecting flight for us with just 50 minutes connection time. The first flight arrived just 20 minutes late (on an 11hour flight), but this meant there was no time to make our second flight. We therefore arrived at our final destination 9 hours late than scheduled, meaning we lost the first full day of our holiday. Paramount denies any responsibility for their lack of mitigation when selecting our flights. They know full well that the rule of thumb for connection times on international flights is a minimum of 2 hours. Other travel agents (such as the excellent Trailfinders) have an algorithm built into their booking system to mitigate such issues (no visibility of flights with connection times of 2 hours, so unable to book such flights). They simply deflect any issues of this kind to the airline. Cynical, outrageous and arrogant behaviour. Never again with this disgraceful excuse of a travel agent.
Mikey the young man we spoke to didn’t pressure us at all, just gave us what we asked for in a very short time, I feel his customer service is fantastic, If we need to speak personally to him in the the future we know it’s possible.
