Repeat customers so happy again!
We always book cruises with Paramount, but to be fair Robin is the real reason we book every time with them. Great service and banter and Robin is our go to guy. Istanbul cruise hear we come!

Andreia was excellent. Communicated all the way. Answered all my question and went out of her way to arrange the full package for our cruise in March 2026. Flights from South Africa, transfers and pre-cruise hotel stay. We are looking forward to the cruise.

Great customer service from Mikey. Very helpful and knowledgeable when booking my holiday. Was impressed with the response times to questions and will look to book again in the future with Paramount Cruises due to the excellent service received.

Contacted paramount to get more detail on a package that we liked the look of. Mikey Kyriakou rang me back within a few minutes and answered our initial questions. He was incredibly patient and helpful and knew the answers to every question we had. He then sent me all the details I needed within minutes of our call ending. He was well informed and knowledgeable and really approachable and continued to help us with additional questions over the next couple of days. If it hadn't been for Mikey I am not sure we would have booked! Best service I have received in a long time, and if the holiday is as good well then it is a winner winner all round! Thank you Mikey.

Contacted paramount for a quote on a package that really liked. Mikey Kyriakou Rang me within 10 minutes and sent me all the details I needed. Very informative, very knowledgable and a thoroughly nice chap. People buy from people and this was definitely the case and an hour later we were signed up for our cruise and stay of a lifetime. Fantastic service…. Just hope the holiday is as good.

Robin Jones has continually provided excellent assistance with patience, securing our continued business. He is an asset to your business and must represent the high standard you strive to achieve across the customer service department. Thank you Robin, your assistance is invaluable. Kindest regards Paul and Laura Creed Robin Jones sent us multiple emails with information on various cruises that fit our desired itinerary. He answered all our questions and neatly tied up the process with a call to us here in America to make the reservations. He was even able to suggest an upgrade to a better location to make me feel more secure about the sea days in the North Sea.
