We came across paramount cruise by accident whilst looking for MSC. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Andreia, she was so very kind and so very helpful. We have now since booked three separate cruises through her. Nothing was to much trouble and Andreia was available to help via watts app which made the whole booking and communicating extremely easy and quick. Thank you for your help, we look forward to booking more cruises via you.
Very helpful and great price
First time using this company, really pleased with the service and efficiency so far, and got a good price too,.will use again for sure.

They always make me feel like I am there only customer, they respond quickly to my questions and are always as helpful as they can possibly be.

Fast helpful responses, simple booking process
We've just booked our first cruise and F1 tickets package. Caitlin was so helpful with immediate answers to questions and really reassuring responses. Simple booking process and confirmations received instantly. Can't wait for our trip!

A great booking experience
A great booking experience with very helpful reservations team. We have booked twice but are yet to travel. An issue arose on one of the bookings due to flight change which would have impacted on our cruise but Paramount were quick to secure alternative flights. An excellent service and would certainly recommend
