This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

I was also scammed by this company and lost $1000. I asked for explanations and they fabricated evidence. That I exceeded the speed limit, that I brought a dirty car, that I had scratches. Autentyczna sytuacja z ostatnich dni: Panek oferuje na swojej stronie auto, którego fizycznie nie posiada. 20 godzin przed odbiorem rezerwacja zostaje anulowana z powodu braku dostępności. Jakoś sobie poradziłem ze znalezieniem innego na ostatnią chwilę, ale myślicie ze Panek przez kalendarzowy miesiąc oddał pieniądze z rezerwacji? Jeden pracownik infolinii powiedział że "księgowość dostała już zlecenie", po czym totalna olewka, a pieniędzy jak nie było tak nie ma. Do zobaczenia w sądzie! Edit: po napisaniu tej negatywnej recenzji od razu dostałem na maila zlecenie zwrotu pieniędzy i prośbę o przekierowaniu tej recenzji przeciwko litewskiemu Pankowi, mimo że dotyczy dokładnie tego. Wezwania do zapłaty i korespondencja z BOK nie przyniosła skutku, wystarczyła napisana prawda. Niestety podjąłem już kroki prawne więc nie jestem pewien czy to będzie koniec tej historii.

Samochód dostałem w stanie 4/5. Po oddaniu dostałem fakturę z księżyca. Miałem oddać samochód czysty w środku. Dzień wcześniej odkurzałem w środku i na wycieraczce zostawiłem troszeczkę piasku z dzisiejszego dnia. Wystawili mi rachunek na 350 zł. Nigdy wcześniej nie korzystałem z wypożyczalni samochodu. Szkoda, że nie przeczytałem tych opinii tutaj. Ostatecznie po mojej interwencji obniżyli mi opłatę na 250 zł. Z czystym sercem nie polecam tej firmy.

Never again..
Disgrace of a company and disgusting that businesses like this operate. The booking process is a scam in itself, clicking the book button automatically binds you into a contract even if you don't pay anything. No booking confirmation email is sent, the only thing received is a map with no context or instructions, no information on how to cancel. On the day of the alleged pick-up they will call you and send you messages however by this time I was already half way across the country. Later, found out I have to pay a no-show fee which is not explicitly mentioned in their terms/regulations. Trying to contact their complaints department is like talking to a brick wall, only the brick wall is more intelligent. Anything you say will get rejected without any rebuttal or support to their claim. Avoid at all costs. I am just a student and they ruined multiple weeks of my life.

Scam with International Driving Licence
As a British citizen you don't need an International Driving Licence in the UE but Panek adds this requirement anyway in the small print and charges double price if you come collect a car but you haven't got one.

They didn't deliver any cars
It sucks! I was supposed to pick a rental car-not shared in Warsaw. No one showed up at the pick up time. I could reach the consultant after 20 min. They told me, someone from Warsaw branch will call me. After waiting another 20 min, of course no one called me. I had to cancel the reservation. They wasted our family holiday!!!
