This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

Do NOT rent their cars
As experienced by other customers, I booked a car with this company. After pick up, I was sent the documentation electronically but never a password to actually access it. I kept asking for it and never received a response. Was told to report any damage I found on the car via email which is did (for a minuscule windscreen chip that I did not cause) and again, no response. After returning the car, I got sent yet more documents but no password so don't know what these are either. The days later a bill for damage and cleaning fee. Just as other posters have mentioned, this company seems to hit you with damage you did do and excessive fees. And now, I cannot even make a claim with the insurance because I cannot access the contract signed for the rental! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Ostrzegam wszystkich przed tą firmą
Ostrzegam wszystkich przed tą firmą – oszuści! Firma NIE działa na lotnisku Modlin, mimo że tak twierdzą – po przylocie trzeba czekać i dać się wywieźć na jakiś parking poza lotniskiem. Auto, które dostałem, nie było zgodne z zamówieniem. Na miejscu okazało się, że bez karty kredytowej musisz wykupić najdroższe ubezpieczenie, które kosztowało ponad 550 zł – czyli ponad 3 razy więcej niż sam wynajem (160 zł za 4 dni). A na koniec dostałem jeszcze 250 zł kary za „brudny” samochód, mimo że zwróciłem go zatankowany, w normalnym stanie – jedyne „dowody” to odchody ptaków, na które nie miałem żadnego wpływu. Na reklamację odpowiedziano chłodno i powołano się na regulamin. Kategorycznie odradzam. Nigdy więcej.

Sayın Yetkili Size durumu defalarca anlattım Araç kiralama CARJET üzerinden yaparken bana araç için kasko sigorta yaptınız her hangi bir muafiyet olmaya eksiksiz bir sigorta yapıldı Şimdi diyorsunuz ki araçta hasar var bu neden ile depozito iadesi yapılmayacak . Ayrıca PANEK firması aracı benden teslim almaya gelmedi Ben aracı soylediklere otopark bıraktım Ben aracı hasarlı olarak teslim etmedim. Bana aracın hasarın benim teslim ettim de aracı hasarlı aldıklarına dair tarafım dan kabul edilmiş bir durum söz konusu değildir . Elinlerinde bu durumu belgeyecek bir evrak olmadığı için PANEK firması Dolandırıcı dir . Tüm internet sitelerinde PANEK firmasının ve CARJET in araç için almış olduğu depozito tutarını iade etmediği ve dolandıcı olduğunuz yazmaktadir. Ekte araç kiralam işlemi işlemleri sırasında yapılmış olan sigorta poliçesini bir kez daha iletiyorum İlgili depozito tutarının geri ödemesinin yapılmasını tekrar rica ederim. Ekte göndermiş olduğunuz fatura bile yalandan düzenlenmiş bir fatura olduğu görüyorum . Benim kartımdan çekim 26/02/2025 tarihinde yapıldı Sizin göndermiş olduğunuz evrak ise 27/02/2025 ben kart harcamasına itiraz ettikten sonra PANET ve CARJET dolandırıcılık işlemi yaptığını göstermektedir

Det här är bedragare. De drog 160 euro från mitt kort med motiveringen att jag brutit mot deras regler. Enligt dem visade GPS att jag körde mer än 30 km/h över hastighetsgränsen. De visade dock aldrig något bevis på var eller när detta skulle ha inträffat. Bedragare som bara tar pengar från kortet utan giltig anledning. Hyr inte bil från dem! These are scammers. They charged 160 euros from my card, claiming that I violated their regulations. According to them, GPS showed that I exceeded the speed limit by more than 30 km/h. However, they never provided any evidence of where or when this supposedly happened. Scammers who just take money from your card without a valid reason. Do not rent a car from them!

Plaska karta kredytowa nie wystarcza
Dzien dobry. Zarezerwowałem auto przez economy bookings, broker skierował mnie do Panka. Moja nowa karta kredytowa, plaska, była niewystarczająca do wynajmu gdyż nie miała tłoczonych numerów. Zostałem "zachęcony" o 23 do zakupu dodatkowego ubezpieczenia które umożliwi mi ominięcie karty kredytowej w promocyjnej cenie 120 zł za dzień. Jestem niezadowolony gdyż polisa firmy jest przestarzała i nie w interesie firmy jest jej zmiana. Ja stracilem dodatkowo 360 zl.

Firma nie respektuje własnego Protokołu Wydania Pojazdu…
Firma podważa Protokół Wydania Pojazdu podpisany przez ich pracownika, który potwierdził, ze samochód jest brudny wewnątrz i na zewnątrz. Napisali do mnie cytuję “Wbrew protokołowi wydania, zdjęcia samochodu z momentu jego wydania na wynajem potwierdzają, że samochód został wydany czysty, z wyjątkiem tapicerki.” Czyli krótko - wydają Ci samochód wraz z podpisanym dokumentem, a potem mówią - nie ten dokument się nie liczy- my mamy swoje zdjęcia! Co to za firma???!!! Zgłaszam sprawę do UOKiK, ale pewnie PANEK zdąży zakończyć działalność, a na bazie tej firmy otworzą jakąś nową - trzeba tylko uważać, żeby znowu na nich nie trafić.

SCAM - cheating at any occassion
SCAM! Stay away! 1. It tries to attract you by showing their location at the Warsaw airport - THEY ARE NOT THERE! First - you will be asked to walk 10min from the airport, and then you will be picked by a car to take you to their office & parking - that's another 10 min drive. So you waste a lot of time before you get your car!!! 2. The company is in a restructuring process so they will try to scam you with anything - THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR OWN DOCUMENTS (signed by their employee) - just charging you excessively claiming that they have "photos which proves that the signed protocol is not valid". STAY AWAY - any other rental company but PANEK!

Escrocs !! Fuyez !!
Escrocs !! FUYEZ - Ne réservez jamais chez PANEK. Ce sont des ESCROCS et vous allez perdre votre temps et votre argent. J’ai réservé chez eux une voiture pour une journée à Cracovie en Pologne. Ils n’ont jamais se présentés sur le lieu de rdv. Ils ne m’ont pas rappelée et ils n’ont jamais répondu à mes appels téléphoniques. J’ai perdu une soirée de mes vacances à les attendre sur le lieu de rdv et à essayer de les joindre par téléphone. Alors méfiez-vous – payez un peu plus cher et louez votre voiture chez quelqu’un d’autre.
