UK Drivers Beware

A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

They are a Scam, Overcharging without explaining and disappearing

I rent a car in Praha Panek and 2 days after the rent has done they have charged me 799.87 euros without explanation, or invoice or contact me. I try to contact them through their website, or phone number or whatsapp but they are simply ignoring me. So I have reported them at the police office aswell as I will report them in czech republic for my next trip next week. Also I informed my bank of the NON-Autorized payment from them, wich, is a real theft and I hope to get my money back. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY

Scammy service

I rented a car at Krakow airport. Overall, everything went pretty well, except for four issues: 1. There was trash in the car. 2. There was no windshield washer fluid. 3. I returned the car and it was inspected in my presence, but the reserved deposit has not been refunded. 4. I wrote them an email. The first time, customer service responded, saying the refund would be processed within two weeks. Nearly a month has passed, I contacted them again, but they haven’t replied.

This car rental is a scam Never try to book We were told that they will block our credit card for 8000 PLN which is around 2000 EUR for a deposit because we did an external insurance. Girl said you can another insurance with us and we only block you 300 euro. It didnt make sense as we already had an insurance with booking.com and we agreed the depozit. Noone accompined us to check the car, the girl said no damage on the car and told us if there is any scractch or damage pls take a foto. We took all the photo and video. We checked the car ineed there was no issue but only a small scartch on the back we already filmed it. We only used to car between the airport of Wroclaw until the city of Legnica, and vice verrsa. we didn even drive the car in the city as we left it at the hotels parking. On sunday around 16 we returned the car but noone was at the car delivery. We left the car on the parking and left the keys in the box as indicated.We filmed the car and took foto prooving for no damage Next day we received a bill of 1000 EUR of charge because there was a smash on top of the car, We sent the video that we took when we delivered the car, proving no damage, they told us the video was filmed 1 day before so not relevant.... and on top of that they charged us 120 euro because the car was dirty.... the car which we did not even use the car. We cleant carpets before we deliver it and it was raining all the day so how can we clean outide the car? if you want to keep your money do not use this crook and scam car rental. We try to reach out all the car rental providers such as Booking or car rental.com etc to cancel the contract with them because they try to charge the most of and scam you.

Fraud rental

I booked a car with them and that was a terrible mistake. I returned a car in exactly same condition it was rented me. Car had many scratches since it was used for car sharing too. Then a week after I get debit note for 3000PLN for something that the person who rented the car finger showed me as an example of scratches... It is not possible to contact them. It is a fraud not a car rental

Very bad service and they overcharge for car cleaning

Very unfriendly staff at Panek Poznan Airport. I booked a car with manual transmission and they gave me a car with automatic transmission with no prior communication and no choice! The car was completely covered with their advertising stickers. And they charged me 80 EUROS from my credit card after the return with no explanation! After my repeated complaints, they said the car was dirty because there were some insects on the plate and some dust on the windscreen! 80 EUROS to clean it??? Very bad experience, very bad service.

Karą za zabrudzone auto

Auto zwrócone o 4 rano, sprawdzone około godziny 14 i została naliczona opłata za sprzątanie bo auto było pokryte odchodami ptasimi. Nie ma możliwości uchronić auta jeśli auto stało na odkrytym parkingu pod lotniskiem. Złożona reklamacja na którą wciąż nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi. Nie polecam

Złodzieje i oszuści!!!

Wynajęłam samochód na 3 dni z lotniska Modlin w Warszawie. Mimo że miałam wykupione pelne ubezpieczenie Pan z wypozyczalni Panek powidzial że nie wyda mi auta bo nie mam polskiego prawo jazdy. Nic o tym wcześniej w warunkach umowy nie było napisane że tylko polskie akceptują! No ale jak zapłacę dodatkowo 130 funtow za niby pelne ubezpieczenie to dadzą mi samochód. Zostałam podsawiona pod ścianą po wylądowałam po północy i nie miałam jak się dostać do domu.takze grzecznie zapłaciłam za wymyślone ubezpieczenie a nawet żadnych dokumentów na to nie dostałam. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem, właśnie sprawdziłam ta firma jest w poważnych tatapatach finansowych za przekrety. Z karty kredytowej jzapłacona sumę można zaskarżyć jako wyłudzanie i odzyskać.

Fraudent pratices

This company’s Google reviews are indeed true. They give you the car, you take pictures, they take pictures, you highlight something by email, once, twice… You return the car completely clean and washed. They say: perfect! One month later, they debit you 1400€. No email, no communication, nothing. Will be taking this up with my lawyer tomorrow.

Nigdy więcej

Nigdy więcej. Po wielu latach i wielu udanych wynajmach już więcej nigdy nie skorzystam. Dodatkowa obowiązkowa ochrona w wysokości pond 500 pln dla posiadaczy brytyjskiego prawa jazdy przekreśla firmę Panek na zawsze. Zrozumiałbym gdybym został o tym poinformowany przed wynajmem ale niestety zostałem postawiony pod ścianą już na lotnisku. Albo ochrona albo odwołanie rezerwacji. Odwolałem.Express.pl okazał się jak zwykle niezawodny i wynająłem auto w tej damej cenie w ciągu godziny.Edit:Minal tydzien i wciaz czekam na zwrot kosztow wynajmu.Edit: Zwrócili po 2 miesiącach i skierowaniu sprawy do sądu .

Dramat!

Dramat! Dałabym zero gwiazdek , ale sie nie da. Obecnie mój samochód jest w naprawie a 2 miesiące temu zarezerwowałam sobie udział w pewnym wydarzeniu pod Warszawą. Zamówiłam auto z tej firmy na dobę. Chciałam pierwotnie na 8.30 ale system doliczył mi 100 zł ,bo "auto będzie wydane poza czasem pracy" . Zmieniłam więc na 9.00, żeby bez sensu nie dopłacać. Poprzedniego dnia wieczorem zadzwonił jakiś mężczyzna do mne z tej firmy i nakazał (nie poprosił!) , żebym była o 8.30, bo on "się spieszy, bo ma jeszcze inne zamówienie i dodał "nie rozumie pani?". Właściwie co mnie to obchodziło, ale ostatecznie zgodziłam się. Kolejnego dnia rano z przystanku tramwajowego niemalże biegłam , żeby być na czas i ... nie zastałam nikogo. Zadzwoniłam pod nr tego gościa, ale nikt nie odbierał. Po kilkunastu minutach zadzwoniłam jeszcze raz , ale dalej nikt nie odbierał. Powiem tylko , że czekałam tam 1,5 g w ciągu której wykonałam 4 telefony do firmy prosząc o informacje co sie dzieje i za każdym razem słyszałam , że na pewno coś zrobią z tym , że napisali maila, dzownili, ktoś przyjedzie. Po 1.5 g ten gośc zadzwonił ze jedzie do mnie . Nie musze mowic ze rozmowa nie przebiegła w miłej atmosferze- nie dowiedziałam sie co właściwie się stało, przeprosił i to wszystko. Zrezygnowała z zamówienia , bo po pierwsze byłam zbyt zdenerowana aby prowadzic a po drugie firma która traktuje klientów jak śmieci przed oddaniem auta traktuje ich pewnie tak samo po zdaniu auta- wolałam więc nie brnąć w to dalej. Co to za wynalazek ta firma- jakiś gang podwórkowy? W życiu nie zostałam tak potraktowana z takim lekcewazeniem jak przez tą firmę. Złożyłam skargę na tego pana , ale dnia i wydarzenia już się nie cofnie. SERDECZNIE ODRADZAM!
