UK Drivers Beware

A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

NIE POLECAM, Byłem stałym klientem Panek w Warszawie, ale po ostatnim doświadczeniu na pewno już nie skorzystam. Płacąc za auto premium z maksymalną ochroną, która jest dodatkowo płatna, oczekują od klienta, aby ten dodatkowo zapłacił 150 złotych za umycie auta na koniec. To nie wszystko. Otwierasz samochód, a tu, ku zdziwieniu, auto jest strasznie brudne, z lepiącymi plamami na desce rozdzielczej! Zdecydowanie nie polecam i już nigdy nie skorzystam z Panek w Warszawie. A pani z biura - bez komentarza!

Dodatkowe opłaty za wcześniej opłacony wynajem, t.j. Dodatkowa stówka za to, że bukowalem przez booking.com. Pracownik rozmawia z Tobą w stylu “nie mamy pańskiego płaszcza i co nam pan zrobi” i jak ci się nie podoba to wypad. Także zapłaciłem bo rodzina czekała. Pierwszy i ostatni raz od tych pankowców. Wolę dopłacić, wynająć gdzie indziej i mieć spokojną głowę.

Such a scam

Such a scam. I rented a car from Warsaw airport. The c ar was dirty, and not cleaned, someone was smoking in it. It was stinking like cigarettes. I went back to the kiosk, and the lady rudely said the car was cleaned, she refused to exchange it for another vehicle. No one was available to come and check the car or clean it. I called customer service and they told me I could just leave the car and they would cancel my reservation. So I did. I rented a car from a different company. Unfortunately, Panek still charged me a full rental. I have video and photos of this disgusting car. Such a rip-off of a company. Stay away

First and the last time

We have rent a car in Warsaw. There was no clear info where we should go to pick it up, as they removed CS desk from the airport. The customer service was not professional and they were making weird faces. We didn't buy additional protection for more then £100 but the charged us exactly £100 at the end saying that the car was dirty. On the photos we could see a bit of muddy sand on the floor. This is absolutely joke. I would not recommend this company for lack of professionalism and scam.

Profesional thieves

They gave me a car that I owed to the leasing company, I lost more than an hour and I did them a favor by ME paying that bill. Days after delivery they take away my ENTIRE deposit for a scratch on the tire that I did not do. complete thieves ruined my stay in Praga! They didn’t refund my money and Besides they stole my deposit

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! Don't go there. They are not friendly, don't speak English and they collect the deposit one month later even if the car was brought back in good condition. We even drove one day without any insurance because they made a mistake within the contrcact.

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY. We rented a car, the car key delivery person was 2 hours late. We were under the open sky for 2 hours and it only rained. I paid a deposit of 150,everything was fine in the car return document and now they claim that I have not paid them the deposit and they will not pay it back to me. Total scammers

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Panek car rental recently. I was accused of smoking in the car, which is completely untrue as I am a non-smoker. To make matters worse, they claimed the car was dirty. My tea bag was broken and tea spilled some tea leaves. I tried my best to clean it up, but I was in a rush because my transfer was waiting. It's incredibly frustrating to be wrongly accused and penalized for something I didn't do, especially when I made an effort to clean up the minor spill. This has left a negative impression of Panek's customer service

Lej ALDRIG fra panek Gdansk. Elendig service. Tager betaling for, at bilen skal gøres rent indvending og udvendig efter brug. Modtog en fuldstændig dårlig bil, den var ikke gjort rent, støv på panelerne. Mange skader og ridser. Efter 1 times brug manglede der motorolie på. I receptionen var der kun 1 person. Og han skulle også følge personer ud til bilerne fordi han ikke havde gjort den rent, så man skulle vente 20 før han kom tilbage og skulle betjene mig. Da vi skulle returnere bilen havde de ikke nok Panek parkeringspladser, så vi blev nød til at parkere ude foran andre biler i. Når vi skulle returnere nøglerne i receptionen var der ingen personale han var i gang med at gøre en anden bil ren, da vi ringede til nummeret. Så vi kunne heller ikke klage over bilens tilstand. Og Der er meget mere endnu som var elendigt! Så gør mig den tjeneste ALDRIG bestil bil fra Panek!
