UK Drivers Beware
A warning to all UK Drivers. This car rental company provides cheap car rentals but use excuses like Brexit to charge you hidden fees that they claim you need or the car would not be legal on the roads, the headoffice is impossible to contact and they never return any emails or phone calls. Do Not Use! You Have been Warned.

BEWARE - ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!! I travel to Poland regularly and usually rent a car. Have used several companies and always had good experiences until this time. They were the cheapest deal through vipcars.com so maybe trying to claw back some money! Firstly (excluding price), I chose them as they have a desk within Gdańsk airport. I arrived 20 minutes before the approximate time I said I’d arrive but there was nobody at the desk. They didn’t arrive until 20 minutes after the time I’d said. I was asked to take the usual excess insurance which I declined as I have a yearly policy. They then offered a package to cover fuel and another for cleaning, both of which I declined. There’s a fuel station and car wash at airport so I use that before returning. During my 10 day stay I received an email and bill of 600zl for exceeding a speed limit. I checked the road it had happened on and the speed limit they said I’d exceeded was incorrect. Tried contacting them but couldn’t get hold of anyone so emailed a complaint. I cleaned the car on return and dropped keys at airport desk as no staff there. Got my drop off confirmation today and a bill for 4000zl for apparent damage! I take a thorough video at pickup and drop off so am confident they’re just at it. Called their helpline which is a waste of time, so had to email another complaint… In summary, don’t use them unless you take out every package they offer!!!

Dla każdego, komu kiedykolwiek przyjdzie na myśl wypożyczenie auta w wypożyczalni Panek... Kupcie sobie bilet na PKS. W skrócie, zamowine i zapłacone auto o wyższym segmencie, dostałem segment niżej. Auto było brudne, w środku zapach był duszący, jakby ktoś kto nim jeździł przede mną, nie znał zasad podstawowej higieny. W wypożyczalni dostałem informację, że w skrajnym przypadku można auto opukać co uczyniłem, jednak zostałem obciążony kosztami za czyszczenie auta i tak. Zostałem również poinformowany, że auto zostanie mi na dniach wymienione i ktoś brązie się że mną kontaktował, co nie miało miejsca. Dzwoniłem, zgłaszałem, że w aucie po prostu śmierdzi. Przestali w końcu odbierać. Teraz sprawa skonczy się w sądzie bo ja nie popuszczę. Dobrze, że udokumentowałem dokładnie wszystko w dniu wynajmu, bo od razu całą sytuacją wydała mi się podejrzana. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem tą wypożyczalnie!

5 gwiazdek dla pana Dawida Jasińskiego z wypożyczalni we Wrocławiu za nieskończone pokłady cierpliwości i bardzo profesjonalne podejście do klienta! Miałam (wątpliwa) przyjemność długiego czekania w niedługiej kolejce - zasluga bardzo kłótliwych ludzi przede mna - i jestem do tej pory pełna podziwu z jakim spokojem i opanowaniem pan Dawid do tego podszedł, tłumaczył, podpowiadał alternatywne rozwiązania wszystkim frustratom którzy nie przeczytali umów które podpisywali, ale chętnie się kłócili ze maja racje... Niestety ja dokumenty również przejrzałam dość pobieżnie, i jestem wdzięczna ze pan Dawid znalazł rozwiazanie dla problemu który sobie sama stworzyłam przez nieuwagę :). Na 100% będziemy korzystali z tej firmy przy następnej wizycie w Polsce.

International driving license, dirty car
Hired from them plenty of times, this time things werent so pleasant. Cheap deal through 3rd party, I've been asked at the desk for international driving license (I have GB), it's not required by law but I've been told by the guy at the desk otherwise. To Hire a car I had to pay 670zl for their insurance as without international driving license they wouldn't rent a car to me . Next problem was 2 weeks after return, a charge of 250zl for returning the car dirty. Car washed day earlier, drove 40 mins to the airport in drizzle and rain in the middle of December. I'll try to dispute but I doubt ot with them . I'll go to my 3rd party insurer to fight it for me with them .Lost a loyal customer

Nie polecam z całego serca. Nie dość że auto uległo awarii po drodze, na infolinię jakąś niekompetentna osoba pracuje bez wiedzy absolutnie żadnej to jeszcze błędy przy zwrocie auta po których naliczono dodatkowe opłaty. NIE POLECAM

Una estafa en toda regla y que por lo que he podido leer en las redes es generalizada, no se como con tanto historial de este tipo de operaciones pueden seguir operando y siendo recomendados por precio por compañías como Ryaner o Dreams. La operativa es siempre la misma, te cobran a priori poco dinero para atraer clientes y una vez devuelto el vehículo sin contratiempos no te devuelven la fianza, en nuestro caso de 500 Euros. Tras un mes sin respuesta, al amenazar con poner una denuncia, te mandan unas supuestas fotos (que no se puede saber de cuando y de que coche) con una rayita superficial de unos 2 cm diciendo que te cobran los 500 Euros por esa desperfecto. Siempre es la misma operativa, alguien debería cerrarles el chiringuito.

Ripped off for any reason....
I rented car for Christmas from Panek returned yesterday in great condition inside but little bit dirty outside. When I was driving car back to the Panek weather wasn't good enough -foggy and wet roads so give car back completely clean inside only... in that condition of WEATHER I WOULD HAVE TO WASH UP CAR AFTER PARKING ON THIER SPOT JUST BEFORE GIVE KEYS BACK obviously it's impossible so I was charge 50£ for give back non clean enough car I was renting cars years so far from different car rental company never has been charged for non clean car outside!!! Panek is looking for a money everywhere and charging customers for ANY REASON AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF WHATEVER YOU DO They WILL FIND EXCUSES TO CHARGE YOU!!! FOR ANY STUPID REASON!!

"Last-Minute Cancellation and Poor Customer Support"
I booked a car for my family holiday, but just three hours before the scheduled pickup, I received an email informing me that the car was unavailable due to an accident. No alternative was offered, leaving me stranded during the busy holiday season. While a refund was processed, the lack of proactive support or compensation for the inconvenience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service for anyone who values reliability and good customer care.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES Avoid at all costs. I got to Wroclaw airport only to find out that there’s absolutely nobody there to give be a car I have reserved and paid for in full a month in advance. Tried to call customer service multiple times, call was cut off every time. Had to hire a car from other provider on the spot.
